Guajiro Silver Dry, is a young, crystalline, versatile rum, with a lively and fragrant aroma and notes of fruit and cane. Sweet and pleasant in the mouth, it has an intense sugar cane aftertaste. Perfect for mixing and enjoying your favourite cocktails!

GUAJIRO MACHETE RUM

A tribute to our brand and its first expressions, “Guajiro Machete” is a fresh and complex rum obtained by a masterful combination of different sugarcane distillates aged in our distillery in American oak barrels. With a pretty amber colour, unique aromas of smoke and spices covered in the fragrance of sugarcane, it has a pleasant flavour full of nuances. Machete is ideal for sharing special moments with friends, on the rocks or to prepare a cocktail with character.

SAOCO

SAOCO Crushed ice
2 oz Guajiro Silver Dry
4 oz Coconut water
10 oz Soda water
Garnish with a lime wedge and top up with ice

Daiquiri Machete

AGED DAIQUIRI2 oz Guajiro Machete Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 white sugar tsp
Stir in a shaker and fine strain in a daiquiri glass

COFFEE OLD FASHION

COFFEE OLD FASHION 3 oz Guajiro Machete Rum infused with 7grs of Arabica coffee (alternatively, add a Little caffettiera coffee)
1 white sugar tsp
1 orange wedge (mash the Pulp a bit to get some juice)
Stir well and add 2 ice cubes
Garnish with an orange twist de naranja and some coffee grains

Daiquiri Machete

GINGER GUAJIRO Ice cubes
2 oz Guajiro Machete Rum
1 squeezed lime wedge
Add Ginger Ale
1 drop of angostura

GUAJIRO SPRITZ

GUAJIRO SPRITZ Crushed ice
2 oz Guajiro Silver Dry
4 oz de pink grapefruit fresh juice
Top up with Cava Ana de Codorniu Rosé or Prosecco Rosé
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a spearmint leave

Daiquiri Añejo

GUAJIRO COLLINS Ice cubes
2 oz Guajiro Silver Dry
1 oz lime juice
1 oz sugar syrup
Top up with soda water
Garnish with dehydrated lime and lemon

Canarian Fruit Rum

CORAZÓN GUAJIRO

Corazón Guajiro Canarian Fruit Rum, is the fusion of Guajiro Silver Dry rum with 12 different botanicals. Tropical fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit and mango, coexist with notes of wood and flowers such as hibiscus or cherry. On the nose, notes of tropical fruits, spices and flowers stand out, which makes it very fun and complex. On the palate is dry, with a silky and pleasant sensation, leaving an intense aftertaste. It can be served neat, on ice, or it can be mixed with a wide range of soft drinks such as Tonic Water, Ginger Ale, Apple soda or 7Up.

Ron Guajiro

ROBLE

Slightly aged in American oak barrels, Guajiro Roble Rum has a bright amber intense colour and a cheerful and complex aroma of cane, vanilla, spices and caramel. On the palate is semi-dry, with pleasant and enveloping tannic nuances, leaving an intense aftertaste of cocoa, spices and sugar cane. Excellent for mixing, or to be served neat or over ice.

HONEY RUM 20%
AND 30% ABV

Preserving the ancient Canarian tradition of combining rum and honey, is the ultimate expression of Canarian Honey Rum. With its coppery, amber hues, Guajiro Honey Rum (20% and 30% abv) has an intense and complex aroma, with hints of sugar cane, fruits and flowers, and balsamic notes. On the palate, a sweet luscious mouth feel leads to a long, full-bodied finish. Available in different ABV, Guajiro Honey Rum 20% is perfect for those who want to enjoy an intense flavour of fresh honey, while Guajiro Honey Rum 30% is for lovers of the traditional flavour with a touch of citrus.
